The periodic Sapphire Shores Recreational Association Board Meetings and the annual Election Meeting usually take place at the SW Regional Library located at 16835 Sheridan Street, Pembroke Pines.

However, until it is deemed safe to meet in person, all meetings will be done virtually via Zoom.

Meeting notices are placed at the entrance to the community, posted on this website and sent via e-mail to homeowners.
